* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Melhor lugar para se ficar em Salvador. A propósito salvador é um lugar encantador.
O apartamento é perfeito, completamente equipado, com uma vista maravilhosa para o céu e mar.
Além de estar muito bem localizado.

Foi uma grata surpresa. O apartamento é melhor do que nas fotos. Tem uma vista incrÃvel e uma decoração impecável! Me sentÃamos na casa de um artista, alguém de muito bom gosto. A cozinha é muito bem equipada! Certamente voltarÃamos. Dois pontos de atenção, que não comprometeram de todo a experiência, mas vale o registro: a qualidade da internet oscila muito, e quase sempre é ruim. Além disso, seria bacana ter uma TV na sala ou no quarto que fica trancado. É incômodo ter sempre que deitar na cama quando se quer assistir algo. Também não há TV a cabo ou Netflix, o que pode ser chato em dias chuvosos.

What a view! Dreams of sea and Salvador's sky. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, located in Rio Vermelho, the bohemian neighborhood, but not close to the busy area, so it is calm. Bed is comfy and kitchen is well equipped.
