* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

The Apartment was in excellent shape and fully furnished. Very convenient location for my brief stay in Salvador. I had already stayed in other apartments in the same building and I always loved the view. Being this apartment at the top floor makes it even better. I would definitely be back and can recommend to anyone. The only minor remark I could make is that the elevator is not the fastest :)

This is an amazing place in Salvador, the view is incredible, very close to bars and restaurants, the pool and the gym are great too! Internet was high speed and it’s good for homeworking. Airbnb host/company were both really helpful and attentive. If you can afford it it’s a no brainer, i reckon one of the beat flats in Rio Vermhelo. It is on the 15th floor too which means breeze and quiet nwe were there for the fiesta de Iemanja and we had an amazing view of it all!

it was a perfect stay with beautiful views. we had everything we needed to feel at home and safe.
The pool was an amazing addition and the host was always responsive and helpful.
I would definitely stay again :)

We had a great time in this apartment. Location was on point, a view you would never get tired of and a great interior. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Salvador!
