All complete, equipped and recently renovated, it offers a sleeping hammock, large coverage, Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV and 2 parking spaces.
Perfectly accommodates up to 9 people with great comfort and tranquility.
We can offer services such as hiring housekeepers, cooks, among others to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The space:
Fully equipped kitchen, located on the 4th and 5th floors (duplex penthouse).
There is an elevator and stairs in the building, we have 2 double beds, 3 single beds and extra mattresses.
The location is perfect, close to banks, bakeries, restaurants and shops.
Guest access:
You will have full access to the house and 2 parking spaces.
The neighborhood:
Cabo Frio downtown neighborhood is great because it is safe, with plenty of shopping nearby, close to the city’s main points of interest, the Beach and the Canal.
Don’t forget to try Play Gui’s açaí cone on the beach, it’s delicious and unmissable!
Getting Around:
Uber is already working in the region and the 99taxis app also offers traditional taxis, in addition to the famous taxi ranks on Rua dos Bancos, for example, among others.
To go to Arraial do Cabo or Búzios, you can use these means of transport, as well as buses, which are more economical and relatively comfortable.
Interaction With Guests:
We live in the city and we meet you at the apartment for check-ins and check-outs.
You can count on us during your stay via email and telephone to manage any questions or concerns.

* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Organizing any type of event, such as parties or gatherings with friends outside the hosted group, is prohibited without prior written approval from the owner.
* Infants are not instantly allowed. Please consult with us.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

Tive uma excelente experiência neste Airbnb em Cabo Frio! O apartamento é amplo, muito espaçoso e extremamente confortável, ideal para quem viaja em grupo ou deseja mais comodidade. A localização é excelente, a poucos minutos da melhor praia da cidade e com fácil acesso para quem utiliza Uber para explorar outros destinos. Além disso, o local é muito seguro, o que trouxe ainda mais tranquilidade durante a estadia.
Tudo estava limpo e organizado, e o proprietário foi super atencioso, sempre disponível para dúvidas, e flexível com os horários, o que deixou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Estadia tranquila e de qualidade. Certamente voltarei em futuras viagens!

Nossa estadia foi ótima super indico! Ótima localização, apartamento espaçoso, o terraço possui mesas e cadeiras, ducha e churrasqueira agente usou muito! Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, cozinha completa! Sala de estar, o anfitrião super educado e responde rápido. Super confiável gente.

Júlia parece uma ótima hóspede. Tudo certo em relação à comunicação com ela. Parece que ela saiu um dia mais cedo e no check-out Infelizmente o grupo havia deixado muito desorganizado. Também quebraram uma orta de armário e estouraram uma porta que estava fechada a chave com itens particulares nossos. Esperou a cobrança da limpeza extra e de uma capa de colchão que ficou manchada, vários dias depois da saída, para em seguida fazer a sua avaliação. Também teceu elogios até o momento em que explicamos que iríamos pedir o ressarcimento destes itens, que é feito através de seguro do Airbnb, sem impactar em nada ela, que inclusive recusou pagar qualquer coisa. Como se uma coisa tivesse alguma relação com a outra (pedido de ressarcimento, que devem ser amparados por evidências com fotos, e sua avaliação sobre a sua estadia). Uma pena. Não gostaríamos de recebê-la novamente por estes motivos.

Recebi a seguinte mensagem: Danos de R$528,00 (R$300,00 de faxina e R$200 de capa de colchão). Primeiro, ninguém usou qualquer capa, já que pedi a todos para trazerem roupa de cama, conforme o comentário da outra pessoa. A fiscalização demorou mais de 5 dias, e se a funcionária manchou, por que não há evidências? Sem base, azul? Parece que fazem isso para receber dinheiro da plataforma; é apenas uma suposição, não estou acusando ninguém, pois não há evidências sólidas. Segundo, Essa mensagem até parece engraçada. Danos? Danos e ficar sem luz, dano ao tomar banho com chuveiros totalmente desregulados, dano pela falta de informação de que o prédio é extremamente velho e o apartamento também; os móveis estão totalmente acabados, e você fica até com medo de sentar e quebrar. O valor que paguei não vale nunca por este apartamento; meu maior arrependimento. O elevador quase parou conosco, eu que deveria pedir reembolso pela má qualidade desse apartamento.Não tem como escrever mais, uma pena.

Tivemos problema com o banheiro da suíte que em banhos rápidos alagava toda parte externa do box, o vaso sanitário desse mesmo banheiro não podia ser utilizado pois estava descolado, ficamos com receio de um acidente. Avisei ao proprietário e o mesmo disse que estava ciente do entupimento e indicou que comprássemos um produto no supermercado e nós fizéssemos a manutenção (sem noção)
Quando chegamos havia colchões com capas brancas apoiados no chão, uma semana depois recebemos pedido de reembolso pelo proprietário ter alegado que nós causamos manchas nessas capas de colchão.
Extremamente decepcionante, pois zelamos e cuidamos do imóvel durante a estadia.
Não escolheria essa opção novamente.
