The space:
A natural beauty envelops the surrounding area of the Villa by Ferradura Beach in Búzios with welcoming staff who await your visit and temporary stay.
The property offers 5 bedrooms, 3 being ensuites, where up to 10 people can sleep. All bedrooms can be adapted for a double bed or two single beds.
Spacious kitchen, living room and several spots to relax or enjoy some quality time with your group of friends and family.
This locale features a quiet yet quaint experience as you enjoy the private pool and the suites. Our Villas will allows you to take in the Ocean views and give you the chance to sail into the South Atlantic Ocean if you desire.

The neighborhood:
Ferradura Beach is one of the most glamorous ones, and it is quite cozy too.
In Búzios you mostly have two types of houses, the ones by the beach and the ones with the bests views. The Villa is of the second kind.
Getting Around:
We suggest doing your tours to the different beaches and city by car.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best possible experience.
We are located at a hill. So if you are healthy, you can go down to the beach by walking. It would take 10-15 minutes. And if you are sportive you could come back to the house also by walking. It would be training, considering the difference in height, which can be noticed in the photos of the views. Otherwise, we recommend having a car or hiring our transportation services.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
Water comes from water trucks (10.000 liters = 800 reais)
Electricity is 1,20 reais per kWh, both are the net costs from suppliers and we are able to present receipts if desired.
Included services:
Daily cleaning and preparing and serving breakfast (food not included).
We can recommended good Chefs + Sous Chefs for your comfort and delight.
At the external areas, only acrylic cups are allowed considering the risk of breaking a glass inside the jacuzzi or pool (penalties of R$ 400 and R$ 2000, respectively, will apply in case this happens).
The pool is not heated.
If available, Jacuzzi can be heated. It can take up to 5 hours for it to be ready.
The house has a tank water heater, 300 liters at roughly 65 C°.
A docile cat may come to say hello. If you prefer it not to, just let us know.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property, as long as they are previously informed
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Kids and babies must be supervised at all times regarding their safetyness
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* On check-out, if not previously agreed, freeing up the property with delay can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
