This beautiful home has been lovingly restored to the highest standards but still retains the original feel, features and style that makes this Mediterranean house so special.
The space:
Cala Deia, is Deia’s only small but very beautiful shingle beach, is close by. With its clear waters and rock pools, it is one of the few beaches on the west coast of Mallorca.
Situated in the heart of the iconic village of Deia, one of the most picturesque villages on the island, this house has two terraces, the first with stunning elevated views looking out to sea, perfect for a morning breakfast or an evening dinner as the sun sets.
A second terrace with infinity pool, stretches out with views across the village, to the gardens of the famous La Residencia Hotel and the imposing Traumuntana Mountains.
There is a large open-plan living area including a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area, and 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
3 hour mid-week clean included in the price.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
