The outdoor stairs located at the back of the building guide you to the 4th level where you will find the Chiringuito style roofto on p bar which creates that unrivalled Ibiza beach club feeling. It is the ideal place to relax with friends and family by the pool, prepare delicious meals in the open-air kitchen and BBQ or just relax with a book in the chill-out corner or on the sun loungers. This level also boasts an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy an unforgettable dinner against a divine Mediterranean sunset backdrop!

The space:
Several entertainment and sport platforms wait for you higher up the hillside, such as large chill-out areas, a 50m² outdoor fitness and workout area and a huge yoga platform of 160m² with sensational views to the island of Formentera.

On arrival, through the private gates there are 5 parking spaces. On this level there is a fitness room with en-suite bathroom and a terrace.

The second level gives access to the house and consists of 4 charming bedrooms and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The third level is divided into 3 areas, including a spacious outdoor terrace with generous chill-out area and there is a large table allowing all guests to enjoy a further Al Fresco dining area while enjoying the views through the typical Ibizan arches.

The terrace flows seamlessly into the vast modern kitchen area, which is fully equipped with all devices to facilitate your culinary adventures. It boasts a huge kitchen island and the superb built-in cupboards have been handcrafted from 200-year old Canadian Barnwood.
Tucked away is the sublime lounge area with a large TV, a fireplace and a trompe l’eoil window view on the valley below. Also, the master bedroom is located on this level.

The property benefits from a range of modern technology, including – a Sonos sound system with B&W speakers inside and outside, a Lutron home automation system (including remote controlled curtains and interior closet lights), integrated air conditioning, alarm, cameras, safes and of course WiFi.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
A housekeeper is included in the rental price. 4 hours per day Monday - Friday.
Also included - garden maintenance, check-out clean, towels, hand soap, hand lotion.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
