The space:
Villa Zamora lies in the well-known, exclusive urbanisation of Las Brisas, which consists of 12 mansions with exquisite Mediterranean Sea views to the beautiful coastal waters of Andratx. With features such as 24-hour security, stunning public areas and globally well-known neighbours living in Las Brisas, there is no doubt that this urbanisation surpasses the rest.
The house itself boasts a spacious, bright living area with fireplace, sumptuous sofas and a connected TV. There is a library as well as a spacious dining room and a large customised designer kitchen with professional equipment. Sliding windows facilitate direct access from all rooms on this floor to the pool area and the extensive terrace space.
The lower area of the house offers a spacious cinema and entertainment area with a bar, a “bodega? (wine cellar), the staff area, as well as two of the bedrooms. In addition to this, the basement has an indoor pool, gymnasium, and a spa zone with sauna and steam bath.
A special highlight is the garage, with storage possibilities for up to ten vehicles and a power-wheel as parking support.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
