The space:
This stunning mansion features a big and large pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge on the sunbeds while soaking up the sun. Surrounded by tropical gardens and breathtaking views, the pool area provides the ultimate oasis to unwind and rejuvenate.
Step inside the mansion, and you will be captivated by its rustic and comfortable decoration. The interior exudes warmth and tranquility, with a mix of natural materials such as wood and stone. The spacious living areas are tastefully furnished with plush sofas and cozy seating, creating an inviting atmosphere for you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Trancoso is home to some of the most beautiful and untouched beaches in Brazil. From the pristine white sands of Praia dos Nativos to the secluded beauty of Praia do Espelho, there is a beach to suit every preference.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
