With plenty of space for guests to relax and take in the beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, this villa is full of history as the original turret dates back to the 13th century.

The space:
Villa Santiago boasts an interconnected lounge and dining area, a perfect place to eat your breakfast together and start your day. Outside of the villa, two of the most popular shared places for guests to enjoy are the spacious outdoor dining and lounge areas, both with breath-taking views of the coastline. From here, it’s only a short walk down to the private heated swimming pool (12 x 5.5 metres).

Spread over three floors, this property can sleep up to eight adults in four bedrooms. One bedroom is located in the villa’s signature turret, with a curved stairwell leading from a luxurious bathroom on the lower level. Fantastic views of the dramatic Mallorcan landscape can be seen from every room.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
