Listing Description
This 300-year-old traditional Ibizan finca enjoys a fantastic, peaceful location in the green heart of Ibiza’s countryside, between the charming villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Miguel.
The space:
The idyllic garden brims with mature trees and fragrant planting to create a secluded escape where you can soak up delicious Ibizan sunshine all day long. The charming gardens are also home to two wonderful covered outdoor dining / BBQ areas, daybeds and of course the cooling private swimming pool.
Inside, the polished stone floors, authentic Sabina wood beams create a rustic ambience in surprisingly large rooms. The living space includes a lounge area and open plan kitchen/dining space.
The master suite on the first floor has access to a small terrace and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Three further double bedrooms are located in the main house, while the final two bedrooms are located in a separate stunning guest house (casita), with a living space and fully equipped kitchen.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
Two 3 hour cleans per week and one midweek linen/towel change.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
