This wonderful villa is located in a very quiet rural area on the outskirts of MarratxĂ, where you will find restaurants, supermarkets and a wide variety of services close by. In addition, it is less than 15 minutes by car from Palma.
The space:
Recently renovated, the house is very spacious and bright and has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday in Mallorca. It is the ideal villa for families and friends, boasting a beautiful garden with natural grass, parking area, a large pool, barbeque and several terraces furnished so that you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
The open plan living areas open out onto the huge terrace which leads to the pool area, and feature sumptuous sofas, a large TV with satellite channels, fireplace and a dining area for 8 people, there is also a breakfast bar seating 3 people leading to the kitchen.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with all appliances such as a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc, as well as laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is air conditioning, central heating and WiFi available throughout the property.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
