Villa Emilio occupies a glorious south-facing plot on one of Ibiza’s most prestigious urbanisations, Vista Alegre.
Close to the picturesque village and pebbly coves of Es Cubells, Vista Alegre provides for beautiful views across the sparkling blue bay of Es Torrent and gated 24-hour security.
The space:
Villa Emilio enjoys some of the best views in Vista Alegre – with the Mediterranean twinkling in the foreground and the island of Formentera in the distance. The large infinity pool is surrounded by a choice of outdoor chill-out, dining and relaxing spaces and a sunken hot-tub.
Recline on a poolside daybed in the Ibizan sunshine, or chill in the soft sofa seating under the shade of the floor above. This is also home to a contemporary outside dining space, with table seating eight, and a stylish summer kitchen.
Inside, a beautiful double bedroom with sea views and en-suite bathroom occupies the east wing of the lower floor.
On the first floor, a further three double bedrooms afford more beautiful sea views, each with its own en-suite with contemporary tiled floors, polished cement walls and high-end fittings.
The rest of this upper floor is given to a large open-plan living area – from generous sofa seating with contemporary fireplace, through to a large dining table, seating eight, and a stylish kitchen with luxe integrated appliances.
Beyond the kitchen is another outdoor terrace area, with lounge seating, tropical planting and fantastic sea views – it’s the ideal location in which to kick back and enjoy the Ibizan sunset.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
