Beautiful formal gardens, with tall pines, tropical planting, neat lawns and the broad white rendered steps that link the house, terrace and sparkling pool are a serene backdrop to this beautiful Ibizan holiday home.

Soak up some Ibizan sunshine on a lounger by the large pool as you revel in the sparkling sea views. Or choose one of three garden chill-out areas – by day, peaceful places to enjoy the sunshine and, by night, sophisticated chill-out spaces under the stars.

The Bang Olufsen music system serves four indoor and three outdoor zones, so you can accompany your moonlight garden socialising with the perfect beats.

Closer to the house, the shady terrace offers more chill-out lounge seating. Here, wide, sliding glass doors open to seamlessly link the terrace with the stylish interior living spaces. The sophisticated, cool white interiors lead through a spacious lounge, to a formal dining table, seating twelve, and large kitchen. All share beautiful views across the private gardens to the sea.

The stylish kitchen may look minimalist, but it comes fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances including teppanyaki grill, steam oven, extra-large fridges and a wine cooler.

The minimalist elegance continues through the six delightful double bedrooms, softened by beautiful art and stylish monochrome soft furnishings. The master suite on the upper floor enjoys access to a private terrace and a freestanding bath from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views as you soak.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us.

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
Cleaning for 8 hours per day 7 days per week is included in the reservation price.
2 caretakers work a total of 16 hours per day 7 days per week (eg. one could work as night security.)

Chef De Cuisine 8 hours per day 7 days per week (food and drinks extra cost.)
Chef De Cuisine Assistant / Waitress 8 hours per day 7 days per week.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
