The space:
The house offers both intimacy and privacy as a result of the spacious common areas located throughout the house and grounds.
There are fantastic outdoor areas including – gardens with lawned areas, several outdoor dining and chill out areas, sun terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas, fully enclosed grounds with electric gates, a built-in BBQ and an amazing pool with lights. The upper terraces are secured by child safety gates so that young children cannot access the pool area. There is also an outdoor sound system.
The lounge and dining room afford spectacular views of the surrounding hills with olive and almond groves and incredible views of the harbour and the Mediterranean beyond.
The lounge area is a large rectangular room, with views on 3 sides, a private balcony and external access to the pool deck and gardens below. It is furnished with an 8 metre L shaped sofa, fireplace, 42 inch plasma TV, Sky TV, DVD player, and built in Ipod compatible sound system with four DAS integrated speakers.
The dining room, with a Poliform design dining suite, leads to an outside covered terrace with two armchairs perfect for quiet reading or enjoying sunset cocktails. The other side leads to a stainless steel kitchen which is equipped with industrial restaurant quality appliances.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
Low Season - 2 staff work 2 hours each every Wednesday and a check out clean.
High season - 2 staff work 2 hours each daily and a check out clean
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
