This stylish Ibizan villa occupies a secluded spot between San José and the beach of Cala Jondal and its famous Blue Marlin beach bar.

The space:
Villa Eden’s sleek straight lines and low rooflines are softened by the tall palms and pines that surround the property to create a feeling of exclusive privacy.

Glimpses of the blue Mediterranean flash through the trees and sculptured lawns line the 25-metre infinity pool, which draws its water from the property’s own well. The pool, which can be heated during the winter months, is the centrepiece of this property and each room features sparkling pool views..

Beyond the pool, the manicured grounds hide contemporary artworks, a large jacuzzi for up to ten people surrounded by shady palms, a pétanque pitch and Villa Eden’s unique outdoor cinema.

The exterior terrace boasts wide corner seating and an extended dining table with views across the pool to the silvery sands which are Villa Eden’s other al-fresco lounge area. This white sand beach under tall pines features a professional bar and seating for up to 30 people.

Inside this villa, quirky contemporary styling and polished natural wood floors lift the modern design to create a cosiness and warmth within the bright modern interior. Each bright, airy bedroom maintains guest privacy, and each has a modern en-suite with the same original blend of natural materials and high-end design. The master en-suite includes shower, bath, Hammam and private access to the jacuzzi and a private chill-out area.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
