Perched on a cliff overlooking the beach of Cala Moli, Can Icarus is built over two levels, offering a 180° view of the sea and Illetas, as well as direct access to a small cove via rocky steps carved into the cliff side.

The space:
The villa architecture is modern and open plan allowing the bedrooms and terraces to take full advantage of the splendid panoramic views. The sunsets at this villa are truly memorable and the villa has an abundance of terraces and courtyards so that the vistas can be enjoyed from all angles.

Inside, raw materials and warm colours punctuate oriental and contemporary decor. The large living room extends out to a charming patio where the lapping of the fountain mingles with birdsong.

You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
