The space:
Spend lazy days by the sparkling pool; chill poolside in sleek loungers or under the rustic poolside cabana. By night, gather in the soft sofas of the sunken chill-out space or at the vast reclaimed wood table of al fresco kitchen, complete with pizza oven, to relax or party under Ibiza’s starry night sky.

Your children will love the play area, with sunken trampoline, swings, see-saw and wooden fishing-boat play house.

Natural light floods the spacious open-plan interiors where plush soft furnishings and high ceilings create versatile living areas with beautiful views over the pool and beyond, across green farmland wrapping around the house in all directions, to the Mediterranean twinkling on an azure horizon.

In the main house, six pristine bedrooms offer luxurious accommodation for up to twelve people; each featuring a private terrace and an en-suite that blends sleek contemporary fittings with luxurious natural materials. A further double bedroom is found in the casita which nestles in the grounds and boasts its own kitchen and shower room, perfect for staff. Delightful touches, such as the first-floor day bed on the master balcony and the full-house and poolside Sonos sound system, deliver every luxury.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us.

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
A housekeeper is included in the reservation price.
Every day 4 hours, Wednesday and Saturday 7 to 8 hours with linen and towel change.

Sundays no cleaning.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
