The space:
As you enter the villa, you are immediately greeted by an air of opulence and elegance. The spacious living areas are furnished with luxurious sofas, fine artwork, and tasteful decorative accents. Every corner exudes comfort and sophistication, reflecting the attention to detail that went into the design of this magnificent villa.
One of the standout features of this property is its infinity pool, which seems to seamlessly merge with the horizon, creating an illusion of swimming in the endless azure ocean.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Natal is the capital city of the state of Rio Grande do Norte in northeastern Brazil. It is known for its stunning beaches, such as Ponta Negra and Genipabu, as well as its vibrant culture and nightlife. The city is also famous for its natural beauty, including the iconic sand dunes and the Parrachos de Maracajaú, known as the “Brazilian Caribbean,” which is a popular spot for snorkeling and diving.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
