The space:

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Jericoacoara is a small beach town located in the state of Ceará, in northeastern Brazil. It is known for its stunning natural beauty, with white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, and massive sand dunes. The town offers a relaxed atmosphere and is popular among surfers and kiteboarders.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The city enforces a Tourism tax and cars are not allowed inside. If you come by car, you can park it at the city's parking lot and you should inform the correct dates of your stay and pay the tourism tax accordingly. The ticket showing it was paid must be presented at reception at your arrival.
We can organize private transfer from Fortaleza, Jijoca de Jericoacoara and even from the Village parking lot to the house if desired.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits must be pre-authorized, sending photos of personal ids and are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property (maximum of 6 different people per day).
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
