hese 2 luxurious and charming villas combined have 9 bedrooms with outstanding sea views, wonderful terraces and they are perfectly located only a few metres from the beach.
The famous NIKKI BEACH is only 500 metres away and they are close to many nice restaurants, bars and other amenities. There is also the possibility to rent a boat in front of the houses.
The space:
OUTDOOR AREAS
Both properties have fabulous swimming pools (Casa Oceano 4m x 10m and Casa Tranquila (L-shape) 45 m2), with spacious sunbathing areas equipped with several sun loungers surrounding the pools and outdoor dining areas with BBQs.
The properties are both fully alarmed and totally fenced off with private gates.
LIVING AREAS
All areas of the houses are fully air conditioned and have access to WiFi.
The open-plan lounge areas boast comfortable seating and TVs with satellite.
The modern kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer and coffee machine etc.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
Towel change every 2 days. Linen change every 4 days.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
