The space:
The villa is ideal for families offering amazing spaces and grounds for entertaining, all beautifully set on the property’s vast private plot; it offers a ping-pong table and petanque area, which are a great hit with the kids.
Finca Finesse boasts 900 m² of space inside over 4 levels, there are 6 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, plus a room for staff with an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 5 & 6 are separate from the main house (on a lower level), and include a further living area and kitchenette.
The large entrance hall leads into the living and dining areas, which have direct access to the terraces where you will find sumptuous seating and an outdoor dining area.
The outdoor areas consist of many cozy terraces, a large heated infinity pool, a Jacuzzi, a barbecue area with a fountain and extensive garden areas.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
Daily maid service, 4 hours per day, except Sundays.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
