Deep in the green heart of Ibiza, this contemporary countryside property offers guests a cool, sophisticated take on the Ibizan country escape with all modern comforts and a “back to nature” vibe.

In the tranquil area of San Lorenzo, you’re just a fifteen-minute drive from the family-friendly resort and beaches of Santa Eulalia or twenty-minutes from the clubs and shops of Ibiza Town.

The space:
Hidden amongst beautiful Mediterranean gardens, at Lujo Supremo you are treated to beautiful views across the neighbouring farmland to pine-clad hillsides. A vast 23m x 5m heated swimming pool sparkles across the lawn, surrounded by a row of luxurious daybeds. Soak up some Ibizan sunshine here, or chill poolside under the shade of thatched parasols.

Hidden amongst the extensive grounds, past scented lavender, bougainvillea and shady mimosas, your children will discover the mini artificial-grass football field and a large playhouse.

The gardens are also home to a large outside dining area, with bench seating for at least twenty and summer kitchen facilities, overlooking farmland, dark cypresses, and tree-clad hills.

A large sheltered pergola with wooden deck floor and rush matting roof is located across the lawn, beside the pool. This is a wonderful, sociable chill-out space, ideal for private entertaining in a relaxed private club-like atmosphere, as the starry Ibizan night sky twinkles above you.

Inside, the contemporary interiors combine polished concrete floors, natural materials and sumptuous contrasts of dark and light to create a modern, homely elegance and an understated, laid-back feel.

The main living space includes wide sofa seating, an interior dining space with rustic wooden table, seating fourteen, and a glossy, sociable kitchen, plus, a cinema room on the lower level of the house. By day, sunlight streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows, by night you can watch the stars.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
Housekeeping included in the reservation price for 6 hours per day.

Also, the Villa offers a Chef for 6 hours per day.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
