The space:
he large swimming pool invites you to enjoy a refreshing dip, or simply bask in the sun on the comfortable loungers that surround it. The expansive patio area provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities, allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Inside, you will find a well-appointed living space complete with modern amenities. The comfortable seating arrangement offers a cozy spot for relaxation while watching your favorite shows on the TV.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Ferradura Beach is a great location since it is somewhat close to the city downtown and also to its entrance, saving you some precious time in traffic jams during high season.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property, subject to approval
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Surveillance or recording devices in the property (in non-private areas)
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
