Built over 2 levels, this bright and spacious villa is situated approximately 15 minutes from Ibiza Town and 5 minutes from Santa Eulalia.
On entering Villa Inessa, there is a bright lounge with modern, minimalist stylish d?cor, featuring a large comfortable sofa, a flat screen television with satellite and fireplace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with high quality appliances and is open-plan with the luminous dining area. On this floor there is a bathroom with walk-in shower, and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside, you can relax and enjoy the very well-maintained private garden featuring a generous swimming pool (14m x 7m) and a heated Jacuzzi for 8 people. From here you can enjoy magnificent sunsets, relax, unwind and enjoy the views in complete harmony with nature.
Beside the pool area there is a covered porch with dining area and a chill-out area, making this space an ideal spot for ?al fresco dining?, to enjoy barbecues or a refreshing cocktail with friends while admiring the magical Ibicencan sunset.
There is also secure private parking for 20 cars on the plot!
The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 5 minutes away from the villa and it takes only a 10-minute-drive to reach some beautiful beaches on the island: Cala Llonga, Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Cala des Canar.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
Eco-tax @ €2.20/person/night to be added to final price - based on 12 people/week - €185.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
