The space:
The highlight of this magnificent mansion is undoubtedly its expansive swimming pool. With crystal-clear waters and a spacious sun deck, it offers a refreshing respite from the warm Brazilian sun. Relax on one of the comfortable loungers, take a refreshing swim, or simply soak up the beautiful surroundings.
As you step inside the mansion, you’ll be greeted by an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The large and bright rooms are tastefully adorned with high-end furnishings, creating a sense of luxury and tranquility. The ample windows invite natural light to flood the rooms, ensuring a warm and inviting ambiance throughout.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Pipa is a small beach town located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte, in northeastern Brazil. Known for its beautiful beaches, stunning cliffs, and vibrant nightlife, Pipa attracts tourists from all over the world.
The main beach in Pipa, called Praia de Pipa, offers golden sands, warm waters, and excellent surfing conditions. It is a great place to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy water sports.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
