The space:
The grand entrance leads you into a tastefully furnished living room adorned with plush sofas and exquisite artwork. Large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, allowing ample natural light to flood the room.
The bedrooms in this mansion are designed to provide utmost comfort and relaxation. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated with modern furnishings, plush bedding, and large windows that overlook the serene surroundings. With ample space and privacy, guests can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches of São Sebastião.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Prainha de Enseada, conveniently located nearby, offers stunning sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Guests can take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, bask in the sun, or indulge in water activities such as swimming or snorkeling.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 9am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 4 per day
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
