Our luxury house in Chapada dos Veadeiros offers exactly that – a haven where you can disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with the wonders of nature.
As you explore the grounds, you’ll be captivated by the meticulously manicured gardens that surround an inviting swimming pool.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Chapada dos Veadeiros is a national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the state of Goiás, Brazil. It is considered a popular destination for eco-tourism and offers a chance to connect with nature and enjoy the serene and untouched landscapes.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am. No external sound systems, amplifiers, etc. are allowed.
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time and 4 people per day. Guests must be pre-identified with anticipation.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 10 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
