Listing Description
Ok, you already did the hardest part: picking one of the best beach destinations for yourself, friends and family, Praia do Forte – Bahia.
Now let’s think accommodation. You need something close to everything, very spacious and comfortable, fully equipped and offering wifi internet access, where you will be able to feel at ease and at home. And you’ve got all that here!
You will also be getting access to a big pool, and extra security, since you will be staying at a reputable Condo.
The space:
The apartment is a Duplex, and comes with 3 comfortable bedrooms, offering air conditioning in each room. In terms of beds, you have 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
You can enjoy laying in a hammock at the balcony while you admire the stars or take a nap after lunch in the afternoon.
Cable TV, Wifi Internet, Barbecue grill. Linens and towels.
All the convenience you are habituated and expect for!
The kitchen is fully equipped and is quite spacious.
You may park two cars in private covered parking spots.
Guest access:
You will have access to the whole apartment to yourself and your group. You can also enjoy the pool from the Condo and other common areas.
The neighborhood:
A very authentic and disputed little corner on the brazilian’s Northeast coast, home to important eco projects such as TAMAR Project for the turtles and Baleia Jubarte for the Whales. A fishermen’s village that still preserves most of its culture, at only 80km from the city of Salvador.
The apartment is at 120m away from the village’s main point of attraction, Passarela Principal, where all the buzz happens.
There you will find many restaurants and bars, cafeterias and eventual shows the city hosts.
Getting Around:
You can do most of the tours and sightseeing by foot.
There are some other beaches, such as Itacimirim and Praia da Espera, apart the only medieval castle built in Brazil, called Castle Garcia D’Avila, that must be done by car.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 4 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
