You can arrive by car, taxi and also directly by helicopter because there is enough open space in the property to land it.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
