The space:
The mansion is equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a perfect vacation, including a TV for entertainment, a refreshing pool to cool off in, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and water, providing a truly picturesque backdrop for your stay.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Capitolio is a charming town located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Known for its stunning natural beauty and incredible landscapes, Capitolio has become a popular destination for tourists looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the main attractions in Capitolio is the Furnas Lake, a large reservoir created by a dam that offers a variety of water activities such as boat tours, kayaking, and fishing. The crystal-clear waters of the lake are surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills, making it a truly picturesque spot for visitors to enjoy.
Getting Around:
Taxis, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
