The master suite features a comfortable double bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two single beds, making it a perfect stay for families or groups of friends. The apartment is well-equipped with TV, portable fans, an equipped kitchen, and a private garage for your convenience.
Guest access:
You will have full access to the apartment and parking space.

* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial purposes of the property/building can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Organizing any type of event, such as parties or gatherings with friends outside the hosted group, is prohibited without prior written approval from the owner.
* Infants are not instantly allowed. Please consult with us.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
