The space:
Amid evergreen golf courses and in a short distance to the beach stands this magnificent 6 bedroom villa garnished with a sober decor inspired by the Caribbean balance and harmony.
The master bedroom is on the upper floor with a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom, hot tub on the balcony and TV.
Next to it you have two bedrooms with two queen size beds each, both with ensuite bathroom and television.
Going downstairs you will find a bedroom with two queen size beds with ensuite bathroom and an external private hot tub and a television.
The 5th bedroom has two bunk beds ideal for children with ensuite bathroom and a television as well. The last bedroom has a king size bed with television and its private bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen has a beautiful island in the middle and it´s open to a large living room. When you go outside you will get marveled with the well-fitted gallery next to a BBQ.
When it comes to cool off you have the amazing swimming pool.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 10 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
