Inside, clean neutral tones predominate. Light floods though the wide glass doors into the spacious lounge and formal dining space. The large, well-equipped kitchen features a sociable breakfast bar if you fancy a more informal dining option.
Upstairs, the master bedroom makes the most of the south-facing gardens with a large private terrace. It’s a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the views across to the pine-clad hillsides. The master’s generous en-suite has a bathtub.
There are three comfortable double bedrooms in the same stylish neutral tones which share the 2 family bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
