Listing Description
A luxury villa in a fantastic location only 450m from the beach and 200m from the centre of Santa Eulalia. The location couldn’t be better, within a quiet residential area and just a couple of minutes stroll into the centre of Santa Eulalia with its restaurants, shops and of course the beach!
The space:
The swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m is surrounded by lawns and terraces where you will find sun loungers and parasols as well as a raised platform with a swinging chair for lounging.
The fully enclosed gardens also include a wonderful covered terrace, with dining table and chairs for eight/ten people, outside lighting for al fresco evenings and a gas BBQ.
Inside, the ground floor is open plan with high ceilings and a feeling of light and space throughout. There are large glass sliding doors opening onto the garden and the outdoor dining area, while the open stairs lead up to a galleried landing overlooking the lounge. There is also a guest WC.
The lounge is spacious, bright and beautifully styled. It includes a large comfortable sofa, a fireplace, flat screen smart TV (with Free View & Apple TV), DVD player, iPod docking station and CD player.
The modern, fully fitted kitchen has been beautifully designed, furnished with white and stainless steel throughout. The kitchen features everything you would expect from a well-equipped holiday home including, an oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a laundry room for your convenience featuring a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
Midweek clean and end of stay clean included.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
