Florianopolis boasts an array of stunning beaches, and having a house with a pool allows you to enjoy the water at any time – without having to travel far. Whether you prefer lounging poolside while sipping on a refreshing drink or taking a leisurely swim in the cool waters, the private pool grants you the freedom to create your own oasis of tranquility.
The space:
After a day of basking in the sun and exploring the local attractions, returning to your house with a pool offers the perfect opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate. Take advantage of the comfortable lounge chairs surrounding the pool and soak up the last rays of the day, reading a book or simply enjoying the serenity of your surroundings.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
One of the most prominent features of Florianopolis is its breathtaking beaches. With over 40 beaches spread across the island, visitors have plenty of options to choose from. From the lively and bustling beaches like Praia Mole and Praia Brava, to the more secluded and serene spots like Lagoinha do Leste and Naufragados, each beach has its own charm and appeal.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, subject to approval
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
