This beautiful apartment has a spacious living room in three areas, three bedrooms with wardrobes.
laundry, one of which is a suite. A large kitchen equipped for your stay.

The apartment is very well lit thanks to the large windows that light up the rooms. the room living room is very spacious, with a large sofa and TV, a reading area with comfortable chairs and a good dinner table to serve the family.

The space:
The rooms are spacious and well lit too. One bedroom has a double bed and the other it has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have TV with cable channels, wardrobe and ACs recently installed. There is a bathroom that serves both bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed and also has a TV with cable channels and air conditioning.

The kitchen is functional and has a table and chairs for quick meals. The laundry room has washing machine and has space to hang clothes to dry.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The neighborhood:
Ipanema is one of the most upscale and chic neighborhoods in the south of Rio de Janeiro. located near
to the historic neighborhoods of Copacabana and Leblon, the Ipanema neighborhood has a beautiful beach, many bars and famous restaurants and local shops.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
