Listing Description
The picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis is only 4 minutes away and offers a lovely selection of bohemian and stylish shops as well as world class restaurants for spending a perfect afternoon. The nearest sandy beach is only 10 minutes away and offers a variety of restaurants and crystal-clear waters.
The space:
Immerse yourself in the stunning gardens, laze under the shade by the salt-water pool or spend time with friends and family in the elegantly decorated interiors.
The wonderful Mediterranean garden is filled with colourful flowers and plants, a waterfall stream, a pond with goldfish and endless fresh green lawns. Ancient olive trees mix with climbing pink bougainvillea and deep green vines cling to the entrance of the villa.
At El Loto, kids can also have fun with a trampoline, ping pong table and a kid’s playground in the garden as well as reading corner, Smart TV with PlayStation 4 and Netflix.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
3 hour midweek clean and towel change included.
Eco-tax @ €2.20/person/night, based on 10 people/week - €154.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
