At only 5 minutes from the famous beach of Cala Salada on the west coast of the island, and very close to the small beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Gracioneta, this property offers complete privacy to enjoy the beautiful gardens and pool area with stunning views of the sea and sunset.
The space:
Spanning over three immaculate floors, Villa Solana provides a wonderfully spacious and airy home for your holiday. Enjoy al fresco dining around the delightful wooden table or relax on a soft white sofa under the shelter of a shady awning.
Through the spectacular glass doors you’ll find indulgent open plan living areas and a sensational kitchen. Under your feet, polished tiles provide a cool contrast to the searing sun.
Villa Solana’s five luxurious bedrooms are spread over all three floors, each features a brand new en-suite decorated in tasteful, muted shades embellished by wood effects.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
