Recently remodelled by an award winning interior designer, nothing has been spared to create the warm luxurious atmosphere at Finca Limonero.
The space:
Located just a few minutes from San Juan, in a very private setting, this 300 year old authentic finca has been restored so that the stone walls and the original wooden Sabina ceilings create an eclectic mix with both modern and traditional furniture and other modern features, such as air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi.
The living areas are open-plan by design and include a wonderful bright dining area, snug area, modern fully equipped kitchen, and lounge area which leads onto a covered outdoor lounge area with comfortable sofas.
By the pool, you will find shaded areas created by various types of trees and several sun terraces for soaking up the rays while enjoying the superb panoramic views of the countryside and the Mediterranean in the distance.
The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, gas grill, dishwasher and a large stone table easily seating 14 persons – ideal for long relaxing dinner nights at home. There is also a huge garden with many peaceful hide-away spots.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have been completely remodelled to the highest standards and all have air conditioning. Most of the bedrooms are situated around a Moroccan patio with mosaic tiles and a central fountain.
This is the perfect getaway for multiple families, close to the nicest beaches on the island and some of the best evening restaurants.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
One mid-week linen/towel change and basic cleaning of bedrooms and common spaces when stay is for 7 nights (not included for stays of less than 7 nights).
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
