Listing Description
During our recent family vacation, we had the pleasure of staying in a luxurious island retreat in Angra dos Reis. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature, this rustic mansion provided us with a comfortable, relaxing, and truly remarkable experience.
The space:
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of our surroundings. The mansion stood tall and grand, with its charming rustic architecture blending seamlessly into the picturesque landscape. The sight of lush greenery and crystal-clear waters surrounding us was nothing short of breathtaking.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
In addition to its natural and historical attractions, Angra dos Reis also offers a variety of water sports and outdoor activities. From boat tours and fishing trips to kayaking and hiking, there is something for everyone to enjoy in this vibrant coastal town.
Getting Around:
You can arrive by car, taxi and also directly by helicopter or private plane, as the house offers Helipad.
If you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
