Situated to the east not far from Ibiza Town, this incredible contemporary finca gazes oveer stunning countryside views that define this famous Balearic isle.

The space:
The villa is on the doorstep of an untouched Mediterranean landscape combined with beautiful countryside not far from Can Furnet.

It is the ideal location for visitors who wish to be close to the most popular restaurants and beaches and yet retreat behind the doors of a spectacular traditional residence.

The nearest beach is Talamanca only 7 minutes away; the nearest town is Jesus just 5 minutes away where you will find supermarkets, banks and a pharmacy etc; while the bright lights of Ibiza Town and Marina Botafoch are just 10 minutes away.

There is an impressive pool area (pool size 10m x 5m) also with amazing views to the countryside as well as several lawned areas surrounded by beautiful mature gardens.
The pool is surrounded by luxurious sun loungers and the lawned areas have a chill-out sofa area to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. There is also a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, perfect for enjoying meals ‘Al Fresco’.
The property includes parking within the grounds for 10 cars.

The main house boasts a beautifully styled lounge situated on the first floor, it features a sofa area which opens up to a large terrace with lovely views to the garden and pool area.

The large dining room with a table for 6 people is connected to a small TV room (with satellite) with a comfortable sitting area, located on the ground floor.

Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen featuring a small sitting area and fireplace.

There is heating, air conditioning and WiFi throughout the entire house as well as an indoor and outdoor sound system. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers.

GUEST HOUSE

Set apart from the main house with an independent entrance, the guest house consists of an open plan living room with TV, air conditioning and breakfast table for 2 people and a small open plan kitchen with gas hob, kettle and fridge.

Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us

50% refund up to 30 days before check-in, no refund after that.
A housekeeper is included in the reservation price.
3 hours cleaning every Wednesday plus final cleaning included.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
