The space:
As you approach the property, you will be greeted by its striking architecture and lush tropical gardens. The mansion exudes a sense of grandeur, with its spacious layout and exquisite interior design.
The centerpiece of this exceptional residence is its irresistible pool. Surrounded by a generous deck, the pool offers a refreshing escape from the sun-drenched days of Jericoacoara. Whether you fancy a leisurely swim, a relaxing soak or simply want to lounge by the water, this pool is the ultimate oasis of tranquility.
Inside the mansion, you’ll discover 16 beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your utmost comfort in mind.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Jericoacoara is known for its stunning natural beauty, with its pristine beaches and sand dunes attracting visitors from all over the world. This mansion offers the perfect base for exploring the area’s natural wonders, as well as indulging in thrilling water sports such as kiteboarding and windsurfing.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 8 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
