Blissful images of a well deserved vacation are usually only found on colorful postcards, but when you step for the first time through the long corridor you are automatically wrapped in a unique stylish ambiance, ready to fulfill your most lavish desires and whims to make from your stay an unforgettable experience.
Family, friends or couples, all are welcome to stay in one of the most magnificent, imposing and comfortable structures that Punta Cana Resort has to offer.
Bestowed with long and solid columns on the main house facade, as you walk into the main foyer, you can embrace an unpolluted and pristine atmosphere due to the white omnipresence.
With an exquisite taste and the clever disposal of spaces, you can go upstairs on both sides of the entrance.
The minute you step on the second floor, a gentle sea breeze touches your skin, inviting you to the large and open balcony, soberly decorated with rustic details and a large wooden table to enjoy with your beloved ones alfresco dining. Views to the worldly renowned Corales Golf Course is pinnacle to end a perfect day.
Back to the first floor, you find a modern fully equipped kitchen with light brushed oak and stainless steel, double SUBZERO fridges, gas cook top and gas oven WOLF and microwave.
When it´s time to cool off, the 22meter long by 4meter wide swimming pool is a real swim lane, and has a shallow water platform ideal for children. It is positioned at lower ground and is flanked by an adjoining terrace with two double daybeds. An outdoor shower is located at the other end of the pool. Several lounge beds are scattered around in the garden and under the trees.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 10 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
