The space:
Casa Mirador enjoys a stunning coastal location in Vista Alegre, one of the most sought-after developments on the island of Ibiza. With these views, Casa Mirador is all about the outside space – and it offers up a myriad of places to relax.
The salt-water swimming pool is surrounded by lush planting and a stylish hardwood deck where you can soak up the Ibizan sunshine. An outdoor dining area and barbeque rests at one end of the deck; at the other, a shady cabana with lounge seating and a daybed that makes the most of the spectacular view.
Hidden in the gardens, a wooden gazebo perched on the clifftop offers more splendid vistas.
Huge sliding glass doors open up the inside to the pool area. Here, natural wood brings warmth to the otherwise white interior – creating a dreamy living space with an open-plan lounge and dining area.
The three equally dreamy bedrooms offer accommodation for up to six in two doubles and a twin.
With security and a concierge service, Casa Mirador delivers a perfect ‘get away from it all’ feel on the doorstep of the unspoilt beaches of Es Torrent and Es Cubells and the buzz of San José.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
