The space:
Take a dip in the Japanese style swimming pool (3.5 x 10m), relax in the Jacuzzi (2 x 2m) or pull up a lounger on the poolside wooden deck and bask in the warm Ibizan sunshine. On the terrace which wraps round property, the bespoke al-fresco living spaces are to be found and include a covered dining area seating eight, a lounge space with comfortable sofa seating and a king size lounge/day bed, all of which are surrounded by the stunning exotic gardens.
Equally, inside does not disappoint with quality details and selected designer furniture. The open-plan living areas include the lounge with large modern sofa, TV with satellite, air conditioning, music deck, views to the pool and garden and a dining area seating 6 people.
The modern, fully equipped, American style kitchen includes all necessary equipment for preparing meals, such as a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso Machine, juicer, electric kettle and dishwasher. There is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and extra fridge.
The house also benefits from WiFi and an alarm.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
