This luxurious 6 bedroom villa is a situated in the prestigious secure urbanisation of Can Furnet, 2 minutes from the village of Jesus and 5 minutes from the beautiful Talamanca beach.
The space:
Villa Desiree is positioned in a perfect location offering breath-taking sea views to Formentera, Dalt Vila, Playa Den Bossa and the Salinas salt flats.
Outside, on the first floor there is a swimming pool which over-hangs the lawn areas on the ground floor. There are several terraces on which to relax or enjoy an ‘al fresco’ meal, as well as beautiful garden areas spaced over 2 levels.
There is a large tastefully furnished open-plan living area with generous seating, benefiting from a flat screen TV and sound system, as well as a large dining table seating 10 people. A large island/breakfast bar is the main feature of the fully equipped ultra-modern black gloss kitchen, comfortably seating 8 people.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
Linen will be changed weekly.
Towels changed twice per week.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
