The space:
We’ve meticulously crafted every detail to provide you with a complete structure that ensures leisure, comfort, and tranquility throughout your stay.
Picture yourselves waking up to the soothing sound of waves crashing, as you step onto your private balcony with a cup of fresh coffee in hand. Take a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, feeling the soft sand between your toes. Or perhaps you prefer lounging by the beach, soaking up the warm sun and catching up with your loved ones.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Curuípe is not only famous for its beach; it also offers exciting outdoor activities such as hiking, water sports, and boat trips. Whether you’re an adrenaline junkie or a nature lover, there’s something for everyone. We can even assist in organizing tours and excursions to ensure you make the most of your time in this picturesque region
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Returning the keys with delay (check-out time is up to 10h00) can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
