The space:
As you step onto the grounds, you’ll be immediately captivated by the serenity and privacy it provides.
The centerpiece of this getaway is the magnificent swimming pool. With crystal clear water inviting you to take a dip, it’s the perfect place to cool off and unwind. Lounge chairs dot the poolside, providing ample space for relaxation and soaking up the sun’s rays. Spend lazy afternoons here, sipping on refreshing beverages and engaging in lively conversations with your fellow travelers.
As you enter the property, you’ll be greeted by the charm of rustic decor. The rooms are exquisitely furnished, blending modern comforts with traditional touches.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
The neighborhood:
Acarau is a municipality in the state of Ceara, located in northeastern Brazil. It is situated on the coast and is known for its beautiful beaches, such as Praia da Boca do Iguapé and Praia de Juritianha. Acarau also has a diverse ecosystem, including mangroves and sand dunes, making it a popular destination for eco-tourism. The economy of Acarau is mainly based on agriculture, fishing, and tourism.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
Daily cleaning, service of preparing and serving breakfast, pool and gardens maintenance, night guard.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1800 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it)
* Surveillance or recording devices on property (external areas)
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
Obs. Access to kitchen is exclusive to professionals. You are free to hire cooks from your side or use the ones we recommend. In case there are not hired cooks, kitchen will be closed.
