The property is accessed via an automatic gate providing both security and privacy. There is parking for several vehicles within the enclosed plot. The fully enclosed landscaped gardens are in the region of 2,000 m² and have a number of ‘secret garden areas’ for you to discover and enjoy.
There is a substantial roof terrace with seating and sun loungers from which you can take in the breath-taking views and sunset or simply sit back and enjoy the sun shine.
To the rear of the property you will find a large terrace with more uninterrupted sea views and a recently renovated infinity pool. In addition there is a beautiful covered outdoor dining area complete with a fitted barbeque.
The living area of this impeccably maintained property is around 315 m², with the accommodation split over two floors, all areas include air conditioning and access to WiFi.
The main lounge is extremely spacious and leads out to the rear terrace with pool and outdoor dining area. There is a substantial indoor dining area as well as an open plan, fully fitted kitchen which in turn leads onto a second living space providing a lovely quiet space or somewhere for the children to play.
There are 5 double bedrooms three of which have their own private terrace, and two have their own dressing room. There are a total of 4 shower rooms and a large bathroom meaning that each of the bedrooms have their own facilities catering for larger groups or families.
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus
usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use
the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as
possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions
from us
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 10am till 12:30pm.
Extra charge for pool heating.
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you
confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you
direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the
property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in
an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any
loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
