The space:
Located in the exclusive gated village Punta Cana Resort and inside the selective Tortuga Bay neighborhood, this stylish 5 bedroom has everything you need, whether with friends or family, to have a unique Caribbean experience.
As you walk in from the amazing facade, you will find that every detail was carefully chosen to have a delicated decoration balance.
On ground level you will find one of the two spacious master bedrooms this villa has to offer, which has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom.
Next to it, the second bedroom with another king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. A third bedroom with 2 Queen beds ensuite bathroom and TV.
Going up the stairs you have the other master bedroom with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and a balcony, the 5th bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have TV.
Enjoy the ample common spaces of this amazing property and cool off in its inviting pool (not heated).
Guest access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.
Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.
Interaction With Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.
The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 8 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
